Delivery information
We will ship anywhere in Great Britain. Standard shipping is charged at £12.75/box for most UK deliveries (excluding remote Scotland, the Isle of Wight & the Isles of Scilly - The Highlands and Islands of Scotland: postcodes IV; HS; KA27-28; KW; PA20-49; PA60-78; PH17-26; PH30-44; PH49-50; ZE. The Isle of Wight - postcodes PO30-31. The Isles of Scilly - postcodes TR21-25). Shipping for these areas is charged at remote areas rate (£35 + fee per box) - please make sure you choose the correct shipping based on the delivery address.
Some heavier items carry an additional surcharge - please check the rates for the product ordered.
Shipping for Northern Ireland is charged at the same rate as remote areas rate.
Any items that cost more than £290 can be shipped free. Samples, which can be ordered for our flower pouches, boards and our Earthpouch/plastic-free pouches, are also shipped free of charge.
Shipping to the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man, is charged at £40 + fee per box. Free shipping on items costing £400 or more. Sample packs can be shipped to the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man for £6.50.
Shipping to the Republic of Ireland is charged at £40 + fee per box. Additional rates for applicable for items over a certain weight. Samples to be shipped to the Republic of Ireland for £6.50. Orders of more than £3000 in total can be shipped for free.
We can ship overseas - delivery to mainland Europe costs £50 + fee per box, with an additional surcharge per item on some heavier items. Orders of more than £3000 in total can be shipped for free.
